    All quotations provided by M Parker Developments are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance of a quotation, a detailed contract will be drafted outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, and project timeline. Work will commence only upon signing of the contract by both parties.

  3. Payment Terms

    Payment terms will be specified in the contract agreement. Typically, we require an initial deposit before commencement of work, with subsequent payments due at pre-agreed milestones. We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract.

  4. Project Changes and Variations

    Any changes or variations to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. M Parker Developments will provide a revised quotation for any such variations before proceeding with the altered work.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project requirements and site conditions. Clients must also ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to the commencement of work. M Parker Developments is not liable for delays or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate information or failure to obtain necessary permits.

  6. Warranty

    M Parker Developments provides a warranty on all workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural events. Specific warranty details may vary depending on the nature of the project and will be outlined in the contract agreement.

  7. Liability

    M Parker Developments is insured for public liability and professional indemnity. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.

  8. Intellectual Property

    All designs, plans, and other intellectual property created by M Parker Developments remain the property of M Parker Developments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  9. Termination

    Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches the terms of the contract. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination, as well as any reasonable costs incurred by M Parker Developments as a result of the termination.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
